We have decided to have our Hospitality Room sponsored by the vendors instead of charging vendors a table fee only.
We are asking each vendor to contribute $100 towards the cost of running the Hospitality Room on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
We will set up and run the room during the conference and would ask the vendors to spend time there and bring signage for the room advertising their company’s sponsorship.
Vendors must still register and pay a nonmember or member registration fee (which includes a vendor table) for the conference itself.

A new feature we now have is a corporate membership at two different levels, Gold ($1000), Silver ($500); you may want to consider this option as far as membership in the association is concerned.

Gold Membership includes: $500.00 educational scholarship sponsorship that we give out at each conference, Hospitality Room sponsorship fee, conference registration fee for one (1) person attending and a vender table during the conference.

Silver Membership includes: Hospitality Room sponsorship fee, conference registration fee for one (1) person attending and a vender table during the conference.
