Download your registration form here. We ask that you sign
up for the events you plan to attend and include any costs
associated with these events with your registration fee.If
you plan to attend the Train the Trainer Fire Officer 3
Leadership Class, please obtain the required pre-approval from OFFT prior to the conference. The form for this approval
can be
downloaded here.

be our host for this year's convention.
The Traverse City area is home to a wide variety of
attractions including fishing, golf, casinos, sightseeing,
shopping.... we guarantee you won't be bored! Be sure
and get your reservations well in advance- the TC area is a
popular year-round destination. The MFSIA has made special
rate arrangements for rooms that ends October 1st, so mention that you are attending
